The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) assigns all userids
used on NASA computing resources in order to assure userid uniqueness and
userid consistency within the agency.
The userid assignment is made during the process to establish the user's NASA
Identity.

consolidate most of the NCCS computing resources to use a single NCCS
password.

) below) requires a specific Computational Project (see
item 6
below) or permission from the NCCS.
