// GISS ModelE
The Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) ModelE provides the ability to simulate many different configurations of Earth System Models - including interactive atmospheric chemistry, aerosols, carbon cycle and other tracers, as well as the standard atmosphere, ocean, sea ice and land surface components. CDS publishes GISS Model-E data in the ESGF CMIP5 project for the purpose of comparing IPCC AR5 Climate Model data to support the investigation of Global Climate Change.
Spatial Coverage: Global
Temporal Coverage: AR5 Experiments - historical and RCP, 3 and 6 hourly, daily, monthly, yearly
Data Resolution: 2° x 2.5°
