
Fred Reitz
CSRA CONTRACT PROGRAM MANAGER, NCCS OPERATIONS LEAD
Fred Reitz serves as CSRA’s program manager, overseeing contractor and subcontractor activities associated with the CISTO-SCTS contract, staffed by roughly 40 employees. The CISTO-SCTS contract’s program tasks include Advanced Technology, NCCS Operations, NCCS Facilities, NCCS User Support, Data Services, Climate Informatics, CISTO Support, and AMCE Operations. Fred also serves as the NCCS Operations and Maintenance Lead, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HPC and HPC Support operations at the NCCS.
Fred previously served as the director of Quality Management Services for a global IT organization. He was also the chairperson of the organization’s quality management steering committee, a member of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt working group, and a quality management representative/leadership team member for ITIL-based ISO 20000 certification efforts at 13 U.S. and offshore locations. In addition, Fred taught Lean Six Sigma Green Belt classes domestically and internationally to over 300 individuals, and facilitated numerous process improvement events. Prior experience includes: project engineering manager, service delivery integration manager, data center manager, computer operations manager, systems programming manager, systems programmer, help desk task leader, and help desk analyst.
