// New Token Information

Due to the agency’s new centralized billing and distribution process for Agency RSA SecurID hardware and software tokens, the NCCS can no longer request tokens for NCCS user IDs whose NCCS Principal Investigator is located at another NASA Center or in another GSFC Code. Users should consult their NCCS Principal Investigator for assistance, and may submit token requests through their NASA Center or GSFC Code using the NASA Account Management System (NAMS) at URL: https://idmax.nasa.gov/nams.

To ensure compliance with NASA's two-factor authentication requirements for NCCS user accounts, You may utilize NASA PIV Smartcard as an approved authentication method. If you have no PIV Smartcard, an Agency RSA SecurID Token is required. You have the choice of either 1) a hardware token issued by the Enterprise Services Desk (which may take some time to be delivered to you) or 2) a software token, which can be used from either an Android or iPhone smartphone.
