// NCCS Operations Update 

Since GSFC is now in Stage 2, please note that all NCCS services will continue to be available. The User Services Group and our System Administrators will continue to respond to tickets as usual. Due to the difficulty with forwarding the help desk phone number to multiple cell phones, phone calls will be handled by having users submit tickets with call back numbers.

Our staff is now able to come onsite to perform standard maintenance and upgrade activities as needed. We expect to be able to respond to hardware issues in a timely manner and we no longer expect any slowdowns in addressing system problems, unless they are supply chain related. We will continue to provide the level of support that you are accustomed to from the NCCS.
